I will be speaking about the latest analytics innovations with SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3 SP4 and Need4Viz at the next Pittsburgh BusinessObjects User Group (PGHBOUG) on Thursday, October 17, 2023. The last time I spoke to PGHBOUG was in December 2021 so I’m looking forward to returning to ‘The Burgh.

Dallas Marks and Michael Trickey from Need4Viz will show how to leverage new features in SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3 SP4 and make the case for upgrading, especially for organizations still using BI 4.2. They’ll also show new features from the latest N4V FOR WEBI 2024.3 release and how it transforms the Web Intelligence user know and love into a dashboarding tool with 60+ widgets for gorgeous visuals, geo and custom maps, on-screen data analysis, and HTML publishing. We might even demonstrate putting French fries and Cole slaw on a dashboard.

We’ll also bring the latest news about BI 2025 directly from Paris.

I’m looking forward to making the drive from Cincinnati to Pittsburgh, stopping in my birthplace of Steubenville, Ohio to grab some DiCarlo’s Pizza. And of course, enjoying some Primanti Brothers and pierogies.
