SAP has a Customer Influence portal where ideas and suggestions can be submitted to enhance its products. These ideas are seen by other SAP customers, who can cast one vote on behalf of their organization. Currently, there are over 250 open influence opportunities. I’ve previously posted some of my ideas for the SAP BusinessObjects platform and Web Intelligence (see related article, Using Your Influence – How to Turn Your Ideas into Real Product Improvements).
One of these opportunities is for SAP for Me, the customer portal for SAP Support.
I’ve recently submitted some low-effort ideas that would make SAP for Me even easier to use. Would you take a moment to review and possibly vote for these ideas?

Make it easy for SAP Support users to send a link to a customer, colleague, or blog post that can be read without requiring an S-ID.
Request 371917: Full titles for SAP Knowledge Base and Notes
I frequently do research for customers and want to cite SAP articles and make them easy to reference. Currently, long titles on SAP KB and Notes are truncated with an ellipsis (…). Sometimes the title is so long that even maximizing the browser window doesn’t display the full title. The concatenation code is cute and whomever wrote it should be proud of it. Now let’s get rid of it.
